Spunbond, meltblown and thermal bond nonwovens in polypropylene, polyester and biodegradable PLA — supplied by the roll for hygiene, protective wear, automotive interior, filtration, agriculture and packaging. We work with several Korean producers.

Each grade is defined by its polymer and its bonding process. Tell us the end use and we will point you at the right one.

Continuous polypropylene filament, spun and bonded in one pass. Our highest-volume grade.

100% polyester continuous filament. The grade to choose when heat, weather or solvents are involved.

Biodegradable nonwoven spun from corn-starch derived polylactide, for brands that need a compostable substrate.

Sub-10 micron microfibre laid down into a dense web — the filtration layer.

Bonded by heat and pressure alone — no adhesive anywhere in the fabric.

Not imported fabric slit and resold — we supply Korean production lots as they are. That means a genuine Made in Korea origin on your documents, lot traceability back to the production run, and reorders measured in weeks.
Eight sectors we currently supply. If your application is not listed, it is still worth asking — most nonwoven problems come down to basis weight and bonding.

Disposable coveralls, gowns, shoe and head covers.
Headliner, floor mat backing, sealing pads, trunk trim.
Air, water, cabin and mask filter media.
Crop cover, weed mat, vegetation mat, root control.

The same web, converted into very different things. Every item below is built on one of the five grades above.

PLA is spun from polylactide made out of corn starch rather than crude oil. It converts on the same lines as PP, meets food-contact requirements, and carries roughly a quarter of the carbon footprint of an equivalent PET web. Recycled PP and PET feedstocks are available on the conventional grades.

Basis weight, roll width and minimum order are set per grade and per application — send us your spec and we will come back with what is runnable.
